2024 Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to Summer Jam West 2024! Please note that the festival will be held rain or shine on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 from 11a - 7p at Westgate Park.

After submitting your application, if you’ve been accepted, you will be sent a PayPal invoice. This will confirm and reserve your space at the festival.

  • The vendor fee for food trucks is $100.

  • The vendor fee for food carts and other food vendors is $60.

Deadline for submission is March 15th (end of day). We will review and accept applicants up to the deadline or until all spaces are filled.

Agreement with Summer Jam West, Inc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

With submission of my PayPal fee (after being notified of your approval) I agree to the following terms & conditions:

VENDOR FEE

• If approved, the non-refundable vendor fee is payable through PayPal only ($100 for food trucks and $60 for food carts/other food vendors).

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

• Applicant hereby agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities for accidents, injuries or damages to person or property and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Summer Jam West, Inc., and their directors, board members, volunteers, show sponsors, and the City of Columbus Parks & Recreation, against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, theft, damage, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with applicant’s participation in the show or from applicant's activities conducted upon the festival property. Summer Jam West, Inc. will exercise all reasonable care for the protection of applicant’s materials and displays.

• Applicant is charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety while participating in the show.

• Applicant is responsible for properly securing their vehicle or booth.

• The event is held rain or shine.

• Applicant shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals under local or state laws and for paying any taxes, sales taxes, fees, or other charges that may be applicable to any exhibitor’s activity at Summer Jam West.

• Applicant shall submit a copy of their vendor license to Summer Jam West, Inc. upon request. (We will only ask if needed.)

• Any changes should be discussed with the Event Coordinator prior to the festival for approval.

• Any applicant not in compliance with the above policies understands they may be asked to leave and may not be invited back to future events.

• Participant's truck must remain in their location and occupied for the entirely of the festival (until 7pm).

ALL BEVERAGE RIGHTS BELONG TO SUMMER JAM WEST, INC AND APPROVED VENDORS. NO OTHER BEVERAGES SHALL BE SOLD.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Photographs/videos are occasionally taken of participants of activities and events and of visitors to the festival. These photographs/videos are used to promote Summer Jam West, Inc. in future printed materials and a variety of other publications, including social media.
